IS THERE A JEWISH COMMUNITY ON ISLAND?
Yes! We have a small but growing Jewish community.
WHY IS THERE CHABAD IN ST. LUCIA?
Chabad of St. Lucia is primarily focused on the local Jewish community and part time residents, additionally we service the many thousands of Jewish visitors to the island.
DO YOU OFFER ADULT EDUCATION?
Yes, see here for our adult education offerings.
DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS?
Yes, we do. We have a weekly Hebrew school; whether you are a local or just visiting, children of all ages are welcome.
WHO FUNDS YOU?
We are supported by our friends from St Lucia and around the world. We are not funded by Chabad headquarters in New York or the local government.
IS THERE A MIKVAH?
Not yet. If you need to use the mikvah, don't hesitate to get in touch with Mrs. Sternie Super.

WHAT OTHER CARIBBEAN ISLANDS HAVE CHABAD?

DO YOU HAVE A MINYAN?
It depends; during the winter high season, we have every Shabbat and some times during the week.
If you're traveling with a large group during the slow season, we can try to get a minyan together.
CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR A MINYAN AT OUR RESORT?
If you are traveling to our island with a large group, we will try to get a Minyan together at the Chabad House; unfortunately, we can not arrange for a Minyan at your resort.
IS THERE KOSHER FOOD ON THE ISLAND?
Yes, we have a kosher catering service; see here.
CAN I GET KOSHER FOOD WITHOUT GOING THROUGH CHABAD?
Yes, you can bring most things with you; customs are pretty accommodating with kosher food.
You can also go to the local supermarket and find many kosher items (Massy Gourmet in Rodney Bay is the best)
DO YOU HAVE A CHEF FOR-HIRE SERVICE?
No, but many resorts and villas can provide this service for you.
DO YOU OFFER A DINE-IN SERVICE?
No. However, for Shabbat, we invite you to join our community and visitors for an experience you won't forget. Sign up here.

None.
